EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

We have a no-return policy and a no-refund policy for all of our products. However, if the product you order is significantly damaged in shipping, is lost in shipping, or is not the same product that you ordered, we encourage you to reach out to us at crawford3art@yahoo.com.  Depending on the circumstances, we will replace the product with a product of equal or lesser value. We are happy to work with you to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
